Since 1979

Founded in June 1979 by the Ligorio - De Carlo family, the "Al Mattarello" pasta factory has been oriented towards the wise management of human and material resources for 40 years, combining the tradition of artisanal production with the use of increasingly cutting-edge technologies.

Selected raw materials

Our fresh and dried pasta products are made with semolina coming from 100% local and national types of durum wheat, scrupulously selected to give the product a unique and genuine flavour.

Standard of excellence

The entire production process is continuously subjected to strict quality controls, and the application and verification of standards of excellence has been rewarded with certificates from important institutes which have testified and certified the original Italian quality.
