Ingredients
800 gr. of gnocchi
300 gr. of gorgonzola
200 gr. of shelled walnuts
250 gr. of mascarpone
1 knob of butter

Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan with the gorgonzola, walnuts and mascarpone,
bring to cooking and pour in some milk.
Boil the gnocchi in salted water, pour them into the ready-made sauce. They are served piping hot.
