Maritate Normanne with turnip tops

Ingredients
600 gr. Mmaritate Normanne (variety "Senator Cappelll")
400 gr. Turnip greens
2 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste.
5 Anchovies in oil
Extra virgin olive oil to taste.

Preparation
Place a pan with water on the heat. Meanwhile, clean and wash the turnip greens. When the water boils, immerse the turnip greens and leave to cook for two minutes. Add the Maritate Normanne. Take a pan and pour some oil into it to fry the garlic. After about 30 seconds add the anchovies.

When the turnip tops and Maritate Normanne are cooked, drain everything. Sauté the pasta and vegetables in the pan, adding the boiling oil with garlic and anchovies and stir with the help of a wooden spoon. When everything is ready and mixed, remove the garlic cloves and serve hot.
