Orecchiette with new broad beans, black mussels, clams and prawns

Ingredients
600 gr. of orecchiette
700 gr. of black mussels
400 gr. of clams
15/20 shrimp
80 gr. of pine nuts
olive oil to taste
2 cloves of garlic
parsley a sprig
salt
pecorino cheese if desired
Preparation
Wash the black mussels thoroughly
clams and shrimp (possibly
fresh); put the black mussels in a pan
well covered and let them open over a low heat.
Then free them from the valves and filter the water
which leaked. Boil for a few
minute the new broad beans in boiling water.
Fry the garlic in a pan
abundant olive oil, add the
shrimp and clams (still closed) e
fry everything for 2-3 minutes
high heat, then add the mussels
black beans and the new broad beans previously
boil. Let everything flavor for three
about minutes, boil the orecchiette in
plenty of salted water and once
strained, pour them into the prepared sauce,
add the parsley and after having them
sauté, serve hot. You can do it at will
sprinkle them with pecorino cheese.
