12 pcs. filled with stars
20 fresh cherry tomatoes
10/12 fresh basil leaves
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
salt to taste
cacioricotta to taste

Preparation
Fry the garlic in olive oil, then add the peeled and chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3 minutes, once lightly fried, add a few sheets of fresh basil. In the meantime, boil the stars in plenty of boiling water for about 2 minutes. As soon as they are drained, place them on the plate and cover them with the prepared sauce. Once served, grate the cacioricotta to taste.
