Place a pan of water with a little salt on the stove, bring it to the boil and add the. washed and cleaned turnips, add the orecchiette halfway through cooking and finish cooking.
In the meantime, put the oil, the garlic cloves, the anchovies and the spicy chilli pepper in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes.
As soon as the pasta and turnips are cooked, you need to strain them and
mix them well with the seasoning. They are served piping hot.
