Troccoli with speck, pine nuts and rocket

600 gr. of troccoli
300 gr. of speck
80 gr. of pine nuts
olive oil to taste
6 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
a bunch of fresh rocket
salt
Preparation
Fry the diced speck in olive oil and add the peeled and chopped cherry tomatoes, then add the pine nuts.
Boil the troccoli in plenty of salted water, together with half the rocket for about 5 minutes and once drained, pour them into the prepared sauce. (if you like you can sprinkle some pecorino cheese)
